Any Profile Panels profile, perforated to your design. A single skin that shades, screens, breathes, quiets, and transforms how a building reads in the light.
The same panel solves several problems at once — that's why architects reach for it. Tune the open area and the panel shifts from solid-with-texture to a luminous veil.
Pick a pattern and a finish — rendered live, to true relative scale.
For exterior perforated work, we recommend aluminum — and we'll tell you exactly why, not just sell you steel.
Every hole is a cut edge. On steel and Galvalume, those bare edges and hole walls have no coating — in exterior or wet conditions they rust. Industry guidance even limits perforated Galvalume to interior use. Aluminum self-passivates, so its cut edges never rust.
Perforated screen walls are often large and stood off the building. Aluminum weighs about a third of steel, easing the substructure, attachment, and field handling on big elevations.
Aluminum takes Kynar 500® / PVDF coatings beautifully for decades of color and gloss retention — exactly what a permanent, fully-exposed feature wall needs.
Aluminum punches cleanly at .032–.050, holding crisp holes and flat sheets without the edge burr and coating damage that plague perforated steel.
If the perforated panel is outside or anywhere it can get wet, specify aluminum. We reserve perforated steel and Galvalume for interior features where rust isn't a risk — and we'll say so up front.
When a standard open area isn't the statement, we perforate to your design.
Variable open areas that fade from solid to sky. Image-mapped patterns that resolve into a photograph at distance. Logos, text, and bespoke hole geometries. Dual-density panels that screen the sun on one edge and frame a view on the other.
Send us a concept or an image — we'll translate it into a perforation map and a sample.
Tell us the job — shade, screen, airflow, or pure effect — and we'll recommend a pattern, a material, and send a sample.
